Call 1-844-879-7341. MTM Health is the state of Nevada’s non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) manager. We arrange rides for eligible Medicaid members throughout the state. Call us to set up a ride to your health care provider for a covered Medicaid service if you have no other way to get there. We are dedicated to providing high quality transportation. If you are a member, medical facility, or transportation provider seeking more information about NEMT services, use the menu above to find program details specific to your needs. Book your gas mileage reimbursement (GMR) trips quicker and easier than ever! You can now schedule your GMR trips 24 hours a day, seven days a week using our self-service tools. Just call 1-844-879-7341 to get started. Please note that if you are requesting GMR for the first time, you will need to speak to a representative. The reimbursement rate is 20.5 cents per mile. We encourage you to use this flexible mode of transportation. Important Update: Managed Care Coming Statewide January 1, 2026 Beginning January 1, 2026, Nevada Medicaid is expanding Managed Care statewide, including rural areas for the first time. If you live in rural Nevada, your Managed Care Organization (MCO) may now handle your non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services.
