We provide services to strengthen and enhance the lives of adults with special care needs. We aim to maximize independence and prevent or delay premature institutionalization.  WHO WE ARE We provide care for adults with Down Syndrome, Autism, and other development or intellectual disabilities. We also serve adults with Alzheimer's or other types of dementia. We also honor our nation's veterans through our veterans care unit (see FAQ section).
