Where do I manage billing and plan changes?
Providers manage plan and billing settings directly in the subscription section of their dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under "Billing & Payment". Your listing will remain active on the free plan.
What happens when I cancel?
Your listing stays published but reverts to the free plan: 3 photos max, no analytics, and you can view but not respond to inquiries. You can re-subscribe anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any new subscription. After that, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
