60th Medical Group (Travis AFB)
The 60th Medical Group operates the David Grant USAF Medical Center (DGMC) at Travis Air Force Base, the U.S. Air Force's largest inpatient medical facility. The unit's origins trace back to the activation of the 4167th USAF Hospital on February 15, 1954, at Travis AFB. It was later redesignated as the David Grant USAF Medical Center in 1969 and ultimately became the 60th Medical Group on July 1,
