Accord is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1971, dedicated to enhancing independence and community connections for individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges. ACCORD AS FISCAL AGENT FMS PROGRAM is a key service offered by Accord, providing Financial Management Services (FMS).
