The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Northwest Wisconsin is a government-funded 'one-stop shop' designed to support older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their caregivers. Established in April 2009, the center serves residents of Polk and Burnett counties as well as the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin. Its mission is to empower individuals to make informed choices
