Symptom Tracker Acute Appointments: Masks are required for all visits at the Rehoboth office on our Acute/Urgent side. This is for all patients and accompanying family members ages 2 and older. This helps protect both our patients and our staff. Well Appointments: Masks are not required on the Well side. However, any patient ages 2 and older with fever, cough, or vomiting, and their accompanying family members will be required to wear a mask while on the Well side. ​  If you arrive without a mask, one will be provided for a $1 fee per mask. All proceeds will be donated to a local children’s charity. If you prefer your provider and staff to wear a mask during your visit, please let us know we are happy to accommodate.   Mask policy Weekend Hours Saturday & Sunday  8:00am-10:30am​​​​ Book appointment *At the Rehoboth Location by appointment only.
