GILBERT TENNESSEE STATE VETERANS’ HOME The Brigadier General Wendell H. Gilbert Tennessee State Veterans’ Home is located in the historic city of Clarksville. Situated just north of the city, the home is a short drive from Fort Campbell and plays host to numerous veterans groups who regularly visit with the residents in the on-site bistro or spacious activity room. This 108-bed facility has a neighborhood design and consists of all private rooms. When not enjoying the multitude of activities offered, residents can often be found relaxing outdoors on one of the many beautiful patios or visiting with family in one of the cozy common areas.
