Personal & Community Development CAPCIL offers life coaching services for families in their Head Start, Early Head Start, Hand Up Project, and Strengthening Working Families Initiative programs. Family Advocates work weekly with individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. CAPCIL has also developed a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Tool called GrowMe, which is now implemented under their Personal & Community Development Department. Learn More Nutrition Services Community Action offers Senior Nutrition services to individuals who live in Logan or Mason County and are home-bound due to age, disability, illness, or other restrictions. Eligible participants include individuals who are age 60 or older, as well as spouses or disabled individuals residing with them.
