Before scheduling, we kindly ask to verify that we are in-network with your insurance plan. Please review the "New Patients" section of our website for a list of plans we do not accept. New Adult Patient Process 1. Initial Tele-health Appointment. There is no physical exam involved in this visit. 2. Your provider will order labs; you may complete them at a lab facility of your choice. 3. First Annual Appointment with a physical exam and comprehensive lab review is scheduled  approximately two weeks after your lab draw.  New Pediatric Patient Process 1. The first visit is a Well Child Check. 2.
