Encore 24/7 Warm Line Support The Encore Warm Line is a free, 24/7 non-emergency phone service designed to support individuals in our community. Trained staff are available to provide a listening ear, offer emotional support, answer questions, and connect callers to appropriate services such as housing, nutrition programs, and other community resources. This service is intended for support and guidance and is not a substitute for emergency services.
