CONN-ETIQUETTE: YOUR GUIDE TO A BETTER RIDE On Monday, November 3rd, CTDOT announced the launch of Conn-Etiquette: Your Guide to a Better Ride. This campaign, which aims to promote kindness, respect and courtesy on public transit, builds off the Transit Customer Code of Conduct established in 2024 for all bus services in the state. The campaign will last approximately 10 months until August 2026, highlighting one of the Top 10 rules from the Code of Conduct each month.
