The facility is conveniently located less than a mile from Tift Regional Medical Center. We also accept referrals from hospitals in the South Georgia and North Florida area. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing services, we offer onsite physician/nurse practitioner services five days per week, with after-hours on-call services available seven days per week. Our dedicated physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation staff are in-house and employees of the center. We offer a host of amenities including spacious resident rooms, free salon services at our Esteem Salon, and a first-class dining experience.
