REQUESTING A RIDE All rides must be scheduled in advance. To schedule a ride or get more details about your fare, call us at 319-642-7615. Reservations are taken by phone Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance, with additional notice required for out-of-county trips. Same-day service is available on a limited basis. Have the following information ready when you call: Passenger name(s) Date of trip Pickup address and phone number Dropoff address and phone number Appointment time Return time (if needed) Return address and phone number Special needs (uses a wheelchair, walker, oxygen tank, etc.) Name(s) and phone number(s) of any additional passengers Billing information To cancel your reservation, please call 319-642-7615 as soon as you know transportation will not be needed.
