Senior Citizens of Kodiak Inc. administers KATS and contracts with First Student Inc. who operates the system.  KATS provides safe, convenient public transportation services within the City of Kodiak and specific areas outside of City limits. We operate seven days a week; Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
