Add on top of that feeling anxious, depressed, burdened by unresolved trauma, and grief, and it’s no wonder we feel drained and disconnected.  At Just Be, we’re here to give you space to breathe, untangle what weighs you down, and find a different way to be that feels relieving and sustainable.  You don’t have to feel stuck and alone any longer. We’re ready to meet you exactly where you are and walk along side you on your journey to where you want to be (even if you don’t know where that is yet).  Our Clients Clients seek support at our practice for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to: Anxiety Depression Chronic and traumatic stress Grief and loss Disordered eating  Chronic illness and/or chronic pain  Life transitions and adjustments Relationship difficulties  Navigating the world with ADHD | Autism  Coping with burnout (including Autistic burnout) LGBTQIA+ exploration, navigation & affirmation  Our clients have diverse and dynamic neurotypes. We welcome clients of all neurotypes and believe that all types of brains are worthy of understanding and support tailored to how *you* think and navigate the world.  Many of our clients identify as Autistic, or experience the intersection of both Autism and ADHD (called AuDHD). We recognize that brain wiring is also influenced by trauma and some of our clients have experienced ongoing or chronic trauma that may have resulted in complex PTSD (CPTSD).  Our practice welcomes clients ages 16 and older.
