From short term rehabilitation to long term care, our dedicated professionals and attentive staff deliver paramount medical services and personalized care with compassion.   Meadow View Health & Rehabilitation is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility with a 22 bed Alzheimer’s secured unit, licensed by the State of MO.   Meadow View View Health & Rehabilitation provides memory, long-term, and short-term care. We are dedicated to optimizing the health and quality of life for each resident through individualized care planning and treatment in a safe and therapeutic environment. We also offer 16 apartments in the community. ​ Meadow View Health & Rehabilitation is designed so that residents may live comfortably as part of the community. Long term care assists those that may benefit from 24 hour nursing and assistance with daily activities of daily living. Our clinical team is committed to working with residents. We will evaluate each resident’s unique circumstance to develop and meet individualized goals of improving independence, strength, confidence, and rehabilitation needs.
