We strive to ensure affordable recreational programs to promote physical and emotional well-being. “Recreation's purpose is not to kill time, but to make life, not to keep a person occupied, but to keep them refreshed; not to offer an escape from life, but to provide a discovery of life.” -Unknown Our Donors Our generous donors and sponsors are extremely important to us. We would not be able to provide near as many recreational opportunities as we do without them. We encourage everyone to help us thank these businesses, organizations, & people!-We Thank You! - MRD Become a Sponsor The Meeteetse Recreation District strives to provide our small community with as many programs, facilities, and equipment as possible. Many of these opportunities are granted thanks to our extremely generous donors and partners. As one may guess, in a small community funds are not as plentiful as one would hope and organizations like the MRD try to organize and provide programs and items that utilize the most bang for our buck. However, over the last several decades the MRD has been able to exceed our expectations and provide more to the community than we would have ever hoped all in THANNKS to our generous community and businesses.
