Serving Southwest Virginia since 1974 Our goal is to help every individual live at home safely. Comprehensive programs for all age groups We serve clients of all ages, from children and families to older adults. Do you need help for yourself or a loved one? MEOC is dedicated to helping our community neighbors living in Southwest Virginia, young and old. If you need assistance, help may just be a phone call away. Let us take care of those in between for they are doing the work.`` READ MORE Our Services We serve clients of all ages, from children and families to older adults in need of services to help them remain in their homes as long as possible. If you are in need of services ranging from care coordination for older adults to public transportation, we have a program that can help. PACE PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that offers healthcare and other services to support qualified individuals to live independently in their own home or community.
