Welcome Javardo H. McIntosh, MD Dr. McIntosh received his medical degree from the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medical Sciences. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Wayne State University - Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident.  He remained in Detroit to complete a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at Henry Ford Hospital.
