We are licensed by the State of Idaho and members of the Idaho and American Health Care Associations. Our 49-bed skilled nursing facility offers a variety of activities daily that cover the social service needs of our residents. Types of care: Traditional long-term care Short term care Stroke recovery care Respite care Dementia care Palliative care Hospice care We also have a full-time restorative assistant to work with our residents providing daily programs that are designed by the physical therapist.
