PACE provides professional transportation for our participants to and from medical appointments and our Day Center when needed. PACE Buses If you live in Southwest Michigan you have likely seen our PACE buses out and about. We maintain a fleet of 10 buses dedicated solely to transporting our participants. Each bus is equipped with a wheelchair lift and other accessibility features. PACE Drivers Our bus drivers are specially trained to help participants with limited mobility get on and off the bus safely. The bus drivers also get to know our participants and will alert the PACE care team to changes in mood or health so they can be assessed. Transportation and Scheduling Team The transportation and scheduling team at PACE works tirelessly to ensure that our participants are on time for appointments and Day Center attendance. The scheduling coordinators will contact participants to schedule external appoints as well as to remind them of upcoming medical appointments and procedures.
