PICCA Transit is open for use by everyone! How to Schedule a ride To schedule a ride, call 740-474-8835 at least one hour in advance of the time you want to be picked up. Trip reservations may be made up to four weeks in advance for Demand Response (Flex Bus and Rickenbacker Shuttle is same day reservation only). Availability is limited, so scheduling in advance is encouraged. Calls for rides are answered in the order that they are received. If you hang up before the order-taker answers, you lose your place in the lineup. Reservations may not be taken by voicemail. You may leave your contact information for the scheduler to return your call if you reach our voicemail.
