Originally serving Jefferson County, Thrive has rapidly expanded to now serve central Arkansas, as well as northeast & southeast Arkansas. Michelle began her career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. While employed at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, she experienced first-hand the lack of quality in-home care options for her patients once they were stable enough to return home. This lack of options resulted in prolonged hospital stays and additional stress on her patients and their families. Seeing this instilled a sense of urgency in Michelle and eventually inspired her to start her own company to address the issue.  Today, Michelle has over 35+ years of healthcare and entrepreneurial experience.
