We are located in the south end of Hartford on Hillside Avenue and are privileged to care for residents from Hartford and around the entire region and State. At Trinity Hill we are always looking for innovative ways to grow and care for residents in their time of need. We have the expertise and experience to provide care to residents who need extensive clinical and social supports.
