Come see us in person. The Student Access Services Center is located in the Tinkham Veale University Center across from the information desk, and the building is open during business hours.  Crawford Hall services all faculty, staff, affiliates and non-students and is card-access only.  Please call us at 216-368-2273 (CARD) to gain access to Crawford Hall if you do not have an employee, faculty or student ID card. A valid government-issued photo ID (license, state ID, or passport) must be presented in order to obtain a new CWRU ID card.  If you have questions about building access, please refer to the building access page of our website.   You cannot request your own access.  Please have your supervisor, program administrator, chair or professor request access on your behalf if you do not have the access you need.  For graduate and professional school buildings the authorized access managers should be contacted.  For buildings that are not graduate/ professional school buildings, please have your supervisor or program administrator contact Access Services. Linked here for your convenience are the Authorized Access Managers for CWRU Schools. Pay or Appeal Parking Violation Online Access Services makes it easy to pay or appeal parking violations online. Pay Online Parking Rates The university has limited parking facilities. Parking permits are tailored for faculty, staff, contractors, students and visitors. Rates vary by facility and season. What Will I Pay? Student Parking The deadline for student parking renewals was December 3rd, 2025.  If you missed the deadline to renew and your preferred lot is not available, then you can add yourself to the waitlist.  Please check the parking portal for current parking availability and waitlists.
