We are a Primary Care Office staffed by board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (with MD supervision) with 10 plus years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. We evaluate and treat acute and chronic health conditions, manage chronic disease, provide health surveillance, provide health promotion and disease prevention education, school/sports physicals and annual physicals for patients 12 years old and up, initiate referral to other specialties, provide follow-up care. Nurse practitioner is certified to perform DOT exams. New patients accepted. We accept Medicare/Medicaid, self-pay and most private insurance plans. Bilingual staff (fluent both in Spanish and English). Conveniently located in the heart of the medical district in Greenville NC.
