With outpatient dialysis services at our largest facility, Community Regional Medical Center, you’ll enjoy convenient care you can count on. Community Regional, located in downtown Fresno, has both inpatient and outpatient dialysis units. The outpatient unit has 41 dialysis stations for three shifts of patients, six days a week — caring for adults needing dialysis. Community Regional also offers a peritoneal dialysis home training program for patients who are able to do home treatment. The outpatient dialysis unit has on-site dietitians and social workers. Inpatient Services For hospitalized patients, Community Regional has a twelve-bed inpatient unit in addition to providing bedside dialysis for those with chronic or acute renal failure. Clovis Community Medical Center has a four-bed inpatient unit with bedside dialysis services offered as well. Bedside dialysis treatment is also offered at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital. The inpatient dialysis department is also responsible for providing inpatient apheresis services at both Community Regional and Clovis Community.
