RCAC: RESIDENTIAL CARE APARTMENT COMPLEX These assisted living facilities combine independent apartment living with supportive and personal care 24 hours a day. Tenants have their own apartments that include a private bath and kitchen facilities. Services are tailored to each Tenants needs and preferences and are adjusted as his/her care needs change. The Cottages may provide up to 28 hours per week of services and may extend those hours for a 90 day period for acute illness or injury. The Cottages wants to meet your needs even as they change, and help you maintain your independence as long as possible by offering a healthy, happy lifestyle.
