Our three cottages—Applewood, Elmwood and Oakwood—each support 16 residents in a close-knit, family-like environment. With low caregiver to resident ratios, our staff is equipped to focus on each individual, while helping the community thrive as a whole. Our Age-in-Place Program ensures that residents are able to receive increasing levels of care and support as their needs change—without having to seek out other care options or move to another location. Under this philosophy of care, residents—regardless of their individual functional or cognitive disabilities—live together in a safe, secure, supportive environment.
