Typical emergency needs include: Electric bill termination notices Rent or mortgage issues Heating fuel Prescription medication Other emergency needs. In addition to emergency financial assistance, we provide budget counseling to our clients and referrals to other appropriate agencies. All discussions with clients are dignified, respectful and confidential. We can’t do this without your help! Announcements Did your AEP bill or rent go up? Please think of your neighbors who live on a fixed income and can’t afford these increases. Our mission is to help the citizens of Franklin County with emergency financial assistance.
