The Shrewsbury Council on Aging (SCOA) is a Town human service department that serves the needs and issues of Shrewsbury's seniors (60 and over), or families with senior issues. Our 7-member advisory board meets monthly and works with the director to continuously evaluate and update programs and senior needs.
