We serve the needs of patients and health plan providers as well as their families daily. What To Expect After your appointment is made you will receive a Pre-Call the night before your appointment (usually between 6-7 pm) from your driver. They will provide you with their name and a company-assigned phone/text number to reach them should you have any additional questions or problems.
