Mission Statement The mission of the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Trempealeau County is to provide quality, efficient and effective services and information to people 60 years and older or disabled adults, while advocating for the rights, dignity and preferences of the individual. We provide free:   confidential, professional consultations assistance planning and advocacy connections to home care, meals, transportation, respite/caregiver support, housing and much more Family Care is a long-term care service system with goals to support people's independence, choice and access to services and supports to meeting their needs, and improving overall quality of life through a cost-effective long-term care system. In our Western Wisconsin area of Trempealeau, Buffalo, Clark, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, and Vernon, there is one partnership program, Molina, and two managed care organizations that spearhead the managed care programs, Inclusa and My Choice, WI.   IRIS is a long-term care program that allows people to self-direct their publicly funded, community-based, long term care supports and services.   The NFCSP provides inf
