Our building is three stories. The garages, activity areas, main entrance, storage units, multipurpose room, and offices are located on the ground floor. Apartments and common areas are located on the first and second floors, with an elevator for convenience. Apartments range in size from 625 square feet to 900 square feet, with one- and two-bedroom options. Apartments are rented on a monthly basis. A registered nurse and social services staff are on-site. An affordable Guest Room Apartment is available for the families of tenants and residents to rent (includes two twin beds, kitchenette, closet, and full bath).
