PROVIDE Provide quality service in a caring, nonjudgemental manner PROMOTE Promote a positive working environment for all staff MAINTAIN Maintain compliance with the state Our History April Bailey Butcher is the Owner/CEO/Director/RN for Bailey’s Respite Care, Inc. BRC, Inc. started with the Respite Home in 2009, a much-needed service and still to this day, and then became a provider agency in 2010.  BRC, Inc. started with 9 clients, 1 Qualified Professional (QP), 1 Human Resources (HR) person, 2 staff, and herself.  The group home, for females, was opened in 2011 which housed, and still does to this day, 3 women. April became interested in the Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population while she was employed as a Dental Assistant. She pursued her education, obtained a nursing degree, and started working for another provider agency in 2000. After 8 years working with that provider agency, she decided to go out on her own. Over the years, her business has flourished! Now in 2025, BRC, Inc. employes 9 Management staff, including herself, 70+ clients, and 120+ field staff. God has been GREAT!
