ABOUT US SERVICES Through our hospice care services, we facilitate and encourage our patients to make the most of their lives by assisting them in every step of the way. Our team is composed of a hospice physician, nurses, home health aides, medical social workers, spiritual counselors and volunteers who work closely with the client’s physician.
