Providing Comfort, Care, Support Chattahoochee Hospice has been providing health services to families in the Greater Valley Area since 1983. We are striving to constantly improve the care and support we provide our patients and their families. Hospice services are available for anyone with a life-limiting illness as determined by the patient's physician. We provide these services without regard to race, gender, religion, national origin or financial resources. When the focus of care shifts from cure to comfort, hospice should be considered.
