It is designed for adults who require assistance with daily activities and 24-hour monitoring. Compassionate Hearts will be providing and coordinating oversight and services to meet our residents’ individualized scheduled needs, based on their assessments and service plans and their unscheduled needs as they arise. We offer 24-hour staff oversight, housekeeping, provision of at least two meals a day, and personal assistance with at least two of the following: bathing, dressing, or medications. A member of the staff is on duty 24 hours a day to provide oversight and to meet scheduled and unscheduled needs. Staff-to-resident ratio is set at 1:5. A registered nurse is also on call 24/7 with weekly/PRN visits. Our company is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse who provides high-quality care with passion and is experienced in the care of seniors and adults with disabilities providing service coordination.
