The Dynamic Hospice team of skilled Clinicians, Spiritual Counselors, and Volunteers will provide both the patient and their family physical, spiritual, and emotional comfort care enabling the patient to spend the final stages of life in their home surrounded by family and friends. Our Hospice Care Agency is accredited by the ACHC, which means that we are held to higher standards in patient care and through their governance can provide CMS-approved Hospice Care to our patients. We are also proud members of the NHPCO (National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization), a Professional Organization of Hospice and Palliative Care providers who hold the highest values of patient care.
