THE CONSERVANCY VISIT BEACH COTTAGES RENTALS GUEST INFO NORTH BEACH RESTORATION EDUCATION CONSERVATION EVENTS SUPPORT The Cottages Courtesy Notice: Phase III Restoration Significant construction activities are taking place in the Crystal Cove State Park Historic District. The construction process includes installing all new infrastructure and rehabilitation of the remaining cottages for public use as overnight rental cottages. Construction activities will be most noticeable from the upper bluff Cottages #18, #29 located at the construction project entrance and newly rehabilitated Cottage #9 on the Boardwalk. The cottages located in the lower hollow will not be affected. Construction is limited to weekdays from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, with no work on weekends, State or National holidays. Access to park facilities will not change. The construction process may at times cause some inconvenience, but we are certain that any short-term inconvenience will be more than offset by the long-term benefit of adding 22 additional overnight rental units all of which will be available to the general public.
