SARAHCARE AT RIVERDALE PLACE ADULT DAY HEALTH CENTER SarahCare at Riverdale Place Adult Day Health Center is a medical/social day center for seniors licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health. Our Mission is to provide professional services in a secure and caring environment for older adults with health-related needs, including caregiver respite and support. SarahCare has been a trust member of the Riverdale community for more than 22 years. The new owner, Youlanda Outin, is also a Clayton County resident, and is committed to caring for seniors aging in place. Our service area includes Clayton, Henry, Fayette Counties and South Fulton. HOME OUR SERVICES GALLERY CALENDAR SarahCare at Riverdale Place takes a holistic approach to caring for your loved ones. Each participant is an individual whose mind, body, and spirit function together – not in isolation. Our seniors experience a chain effect of solutions from within when we create a personalized individual care plan to treat the whole being, not just a specific condition or need. Our programs and services include a full day of activities, including our unique Men’s Club. Participants receive delicious, nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. To assist with your loved one’s specific healthcare needs, we have on-site RNs and LPNs who are specially trained and certified to work with issues related to aging.
