Out of region trips will be negotiated on an individual basis.  EXACT CHANGE ONLY 50% Discount for Frequent Riders ( 3 or more times per week) and Senior Citizens (any person 65 years of age and older) FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE BASIS 1-833-799-7433 (RIDE) If you need to arrange Medicaid non-emergency transport in the Southwest Georgia region please call:   Modivcare at 888-224-7985 Riding Rules and Instructions You may call up to one week in advance to schedule a trip; or, at a minimum, call no later than 2:00 PM, the day before you need a trip. Seat availability is not guaranteed. The best time to ride is during off peak times. Try to schedule appointments during the off peak times to increase chance of seat availability:  Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 2 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM. Saturday: 8AM - 4PM Last pick up for the day Mon-Fri is at 7:30 PM and Saturday at 3:30PM. Trips requests must be made by 2:00 P.M the day before the day of service. Be ready an hour before the scheduled pick-up time. Sometimes vans run late due to congestion so plan to wait one hour past the scheduled time. Riders must have exact fare.
